    Suez is a provider of electricity, natural gas, energy services, water and waste management in Europe. Suez Energy International (SEI) operates four LNG tankers with a total capacity of 539,000 cubic meters as of December 2006.

    The installed generation capacity of Suez as in December 2006 was 49,013.4 MW. Suez Energy Europe (SEE) sold about 201.7 terawatt hour (TWh) of electricity while SEI sold about 110 TWh of electricity and 14.04 billion cubic meters of natural gas to about 646,413 customers in fiscal 2006.

    In the fiscal ended Dec'06, Suez recorded revenues of E44,289.2 million, an increase of 6.7% over 2005. Higher revenues were driven by organic growth of E3,289 million; which was driven by higher gas prices; and exchange rate fluctuations, generating a positive impact of E91 million due to changes in the value of the Brazilian real (E104 million).
