Potatoes have been included within the vegetables sector. Market values have been calculated at retail selling price (RSP), and include all applicable taxes. Any currency conversions used to create this report have been calculated at constant 2006 annual average exchange rates.
Market volumes show domestic demand for fruit and vegetables. While fruit & vegetables used to produce beverages have been included within the market volumes, they have not been considered when calculating market values.
